Weekly Warning Words

     Read & see for yourself what I mean. Others here at Kailua Bay Resort also received this peremptory order. Two who recently bought a condominium apartment here also didn't receive a first notice. Now they feel cheated & threatened. But I am no longer menaced by these hoodlums. They gave me notice. I have to move out within 45 days because my rental will also be turned into a condominium because those are now highly overpriced.

     I was welcomed 13 months ago, when poorly constructed residences didn't sell. Mine had many nasty corners which my elbows couldn't avoid in the bathroom. Leaks in the ceiling above the tub gave me dirty & icy showers. I had to remove my wild bird nesting box for 10 pairs of birds & was forbidden to feed my birdie patio friends. Nasties cut the hedge & plants which gave me part-privacy. Grass growing beyond its cement floor was poison-sprayed which whiffed me into headaches & vomiting. And now, out!

     In September 2003, a commanding Clark broker tried to remove ugly stains of the kitchen sink. Neither she nor some others succeeded. Dark spots reappeared after bleaching them before I moved in. I was first promised as a sick nonagenarian to remain here safe & free for one year. But because my cancer physician had promised me life for 2 more years, I asked to stay those 2 last years. The Clark commander agreed as did my Hospice caretaker. Now I know that the word of realtors is meaningless, false, a lie. Shouldn't I feel good to be given a living chance elsewhere, even in an old folks' home, especially after above 2nd without a 1st notice? Now I have to admit that I got rid of my car some 20 years ago when "terminal" cancer struck me down. I learned to live with my cancer after x-ray treatment & frequent chemotherapy. But I need my parking space for visitors, be they friends or emergency helpers. Far from my entrance, there are parking spaces for visitors. Their distance is life-threatening. But the 4 managers I survived felt that one approaching his centenary has no right to exist. Save the right to life of sick sperm or an ovarian egg even if that kills a mother or causes an unwelcome birth of taxburden & all other miseries. It seems that oldsters don't have a right to life in President Bush's & Clark Realty realities. Why burden Social Security, other pension funds & insurance companies any longer? Let Wall Street remain in the big investors' pockets, stealing all premiums paid, old-age security & securities. Let the wealthiest earn their heaven on earth after sending the golden-age "profiteers" to a speeded-up grave to be devoured by worms, virus & withering. Get more non-working retirees out of the way & young ones too by forcing them to volunteer as fighters for their wars, add more direct executions & long-term, stiff prison sentences for the deprived. Make those with sub-standard incomes homeless, so that the profiteers can buy their 2nd, 3rd & 4th homes. Such are the realities of the Bushits, all brokers & certainly of Clark Realty which controls the soil, sole & soul of the Big Island of Hawai'i.
