Weekly Warning Words

     The most appealing Republican Convention in the heart of our most catastrophic date with destiny, 9-11-01, raised hopes for millions of US Americans, especially the very senior among the aged. The good President didn't speak about the Bush when he laid out magna plans for the restoration of normality. Wonderful, indeed!

     His Dr. Frist, the Majority Leader of the Senate, had already spread hope in the hearts of senior victims of irreversible diseases. Thunderous was the applause as he appeased all the millions of old patients: "All you have to do to get your medicine discount card, is to phone Medicare for it." Hundred million heads rested jubilantly for a night of bliss & highest expectations.

     The next morning, this nonagenarian cancer patient spent 4 hrs on the phone to receive the highly advertized blessings of our pious Administration. A friendly lady made it clear that there was no such card or a good discount on the costs for life-saving medicines. But I was free to buy insurance from any health corporation. All would be happy to ordain a discount of 15% for me & all.

     Obviously, those bandits had again their fun with suffering humanity. I had that 15% discount for many yrs, according to my paid insurance card. Over the phone Longs Drugging store gave me a fair price for a 30-day supply of my anti-prostate-cancer pills. The charge was always some $100 higher than promised by then-obvious reasons. So what has improved?

     "Thanks" to the good services of Bush-Cheney-Frist-Supreme Court, a combined gangsterhood of our billionaires concocted a court-protected secret conspiracy of fa*king Cheney with a shortterm head of this deportment who had been the chief lobbyist of the pharmaceutical monopolies & returned to that million-dollar job as soon as he had counseled the Cheney con-men at government expense & made a robber Congress accept the new law for Medicare without giving the 2 nasty Houses the time to read the legislative monstrosity. Thus, even a few good legislators were cheating with the best-informed hoodlums to order that government was prohibited to do wholesale purchases of medicines at favorable wholesale prices. Besides, the prohibition of buying medicines abroad was also legislated. Who will ever believe that in 2006 great discounts will be legislated when Mephisto is U.S. President & an arch-devil his vice. Our own Terrorists thus assassinate more of their citizens than friendly Saudi allies have - so far.

     Senior citizens had already been blessed by several huge additions to their Medicare insurance bill, up to 5 times the rate of yearly inflation. A record addition of $11.60 a month was compassionately prescribed for this year 2004. Multiply it by 12, & seniors lose another almost $140 a year for other needs.

     Medicare also increased again the "deductible" which is plucked from the patients' pockets without substitution for this added robbery. Many HMOs increased that to $500 per medical treatment in spite of their ever higher monthly membership demand.

     How real is Medicare's aid to us insured by it? In 2003, a senior had to pay $840 for a stay in a hospital just for one day or more. If we had to remain hospitalized from day 61-90, the daily bill for the old patient was $210; for 60 more days it would have cost us $420 each day. Beyond that, the hospital could take all you were worth. Now it is a catastrophic & really terroristic bill. For this year the numbers are most inflated.

     Now that the employed worker over 55 of age has to pay almost 17% more for his Medicare insurance, the employer gets stuck, too, with a horrendous additional bill if he has a healthcare program. Could this be the idea of Cheney-Frist-Bush to make the entrepreneur refuse to carry health insurance unless the Administration gives him an enormous amount of tax credit? It could be a Bush plan to increase his robbing the poor ever more & enrich the rich & richest ever more.

     The same governing hoodlums also let a gun law expire which was designed to save the Nation from military-style murder weaponry. The Bushits and the N.R.A. murder-protection gang make the most-dangerous weapons of mass destruction available to other professional criminals. These liars want hunting guns which can exterminate wildlife in one season in pursuance of the Second Amendment to our Constitution, "the right to bear arms". These murder institutes & their Supreme Court are too evil to read that this shooting liberty was designed for our then only Fighting Forces, the militias, established for the defence against enemies from abroad.

     Are we better off now than we were anno domini 2000? Lying statistics aside, we have many more homeless non-voters, a million more in prisons, so they cannot vote; 10 million more without health insurance and about the same number more sunk below the poverty substandard level. Bush has to include the millions of part time jobs & new substandard fat-eatery jobs & the ill-mannered million of Homeland Security roughnecks to come up with a slight perceived gain against the greatest job loss since 2000. His privateering occupation forces, private prison guards & soon privatized parts of our only safeguard against total depression, a newly-assured Social Security also needs a few thousand more crooks for administration. Not enough that his Wall-Straight brokers get a trillion-dollar commission for gambling daily with union & state pension funds. If he remains our President, he will sell out all our individual rights & still bankrupt his enslaved Nation. It may take 10 years of slave labor for all before the trillions of public debts can be paid off, if ever, together with the killing trillions of private debts.

     Perhaps we should credit Bush with more than 1.8 million new jobs. Should not the list of the unemployed be reduced by the replacement of 75,000 National-Guard persons he mailed to Iraq & Afghanistan? The Homeland Security enforcers at airports, shipports & essential building & parks (a million & more coming); the million more added to the million already in jails? (& many more who cannot vote because Republican law-abiders privately snatched their civil rights away in perpetuity; they certainly don't count as unemployed.) He also counts the million more carers for the sick he makes so eagerly if they are too poor to be considered his equals. And by now there may be a few million who gave up registering for just any appearance of work. Thus, he is out-Hoovering the depressing-President who had lost the most jobs ever.

     In fact, there was no need to create real jobs in real industries, in commerce & all the good service agencies. Bravo, Mr. President, you blessed the top 2% of money-makers with all your several trillion tax gifts, so they could construct, or buy, their 2nd, 3rd & 4th residence, go shopping for yachts, private planes & castles abroad & gamble away what they can't invest any more by gambling in Las Vegas, Monaco or the 100 famous cruiseships. You did a good job for them, and they know it. They certainly will buy you 4 more years, 4 more years. And if a disgusted clique of unhappy voters cast the dice for the other guy, you can rely on friendly computer industrialists who fix the hard disks of the voting registers to double the Republican numbers & halve Democratic ones. They could even add a lot to the percentage of the Lebanese terrorist who claims to be a model citizen & best consumer advocate. He gives you the rest of the world.

     Bush certainly can depend on the disciples of Jones University to give him the old Confederacy with their blessed flag and the Ten Commandments. What you do to the Union, will certainly reenthrone the Slavocracy which remembers how to use whips & chains to re-fetter those workers who thought they had escaped from slavery. Oh, that hypocrisy which claims to introduce freedom & democracy where only theocracy and/or secular tyranny can govern while you rule with a corrupt grip where democracy was granted by our Constitution. Oiled to be King, you anointed money as the Savior of your domain.

     Much too late, the Bush-Frist-Cheney scoundrels realized their lying blunder at their N.Y. Convention and offered, believe it or not, a "Social Security Card". That is insult added to injury to one who has one of the oldest S.S. cards of an aged survivor. If they ask the few hundred millions who have such a card, to renew their application, the misruling criminals add a lot to their horrendous debt, they should be declared responsible for their costly crimes. Two days later, the malpractising Dept. of Health & Human Services sent out packages to apply for Medicare-approved drug discount cards; yet another way to cover up the Bush-Frist lies and their other Conventional crimes at the cost of taxpayers.
