Part VI of VI
Our Third Industrial Revolution
Our Third Industrial Revolution requires the leadership of
women. Only the ladies in politics can
assure sanity, serenity & seriousness of honest purpose.
The previous civilizing civilizations had plenty of
goddesses & imperial queens, dictating human behavior & women’s minor
share in decision making. The 20th
century also knew a few powerful women presidents & prime ministers.
The attempt of female power in Sri Lanka (
Only Margie Thatcher was acceptable to conservative
In this century we have a female uprising almost timed
together in
Nothing can last long these difficult times. But ladies have been tried in political
experimentation. They learned more
lesions than those who rejected them.
But women are there to stay. With
more men murdered than women, they are the majority. If they vote for their own political boon,
they can be the stronger sex. Even the
most macho Muslim states have recognized that fact. Once they murdered their own daughters &
sisters for having disgraced their family (when attacked without their
fault). We shall yet see a world-wide
united front for peace & harmony, for justice & for good jobs & all
the other requirements of modern democracies.
Only women can achieve all these ends.
Only women can guarantee US a better world & end our Third
Industrial Revolution.
It will also be necessary that we groom a great woman &
lady for the US Presidency. Condi would
have the mind and administrative training.
But her reputation is stained by her servility to a militant, macho men
regime. There should be 1000 worthy
candidates for the world’s highest & most important office. Ladies prepare yourselves for the tasks
ahead!
Since President Reagan expelled a million mentally
challenged people out of asylums, shelters, nursing homes, mass-quarter &
veterans’ establishments, we have had a serious problem of homelessness. How could a “human” being dare
to ponder that these poor people loved & preferred the freedom of the
streets without being castigated by our entire Nation. We have become the devil’s helpmates by
considering him a good President.
To good Republican youngsters the homeless folks are a
shame like the H.I.V. victims. They lure
one or two of them into dark street corners or lonely alleys & kick them or
baseball-bat them to pulp, even murder quite a few. I heard some of these young criminals called
national heroes.
What a stain on our honor!
How evil these drummerboys, mantled in the clock of patriotism,
Republicanism & Reaganism!
Mr. Bill Gates & all those preferred by the Bushits may
still have inner sparks of humanism in them.
They combine all efforts to cure the problem of H.I.V. with that of homelessness. Start building large “colonies” of tiny
houses for a lonely one, for 2 together whether married, related or just
friends & families in need of a permanent address which is fireproof, storm
proof & attack proof.
They could have their won security guards, firemen &
women, special clinics & hospice for the dying, or something different and
better, planned by real experts, good specialists. Without a national plan for ending our
national disgrace in these matters our Third Industrial Revolution is no
solution for anything we dare to boast of in a more perfect democracy.
D. Ward Hock worked hard to become CEO of the National
Bank-Americard which we knew & used as Visa (international). He organized a global electronic data
network. Soon Visa found more clients
than American Express & Mastercard.
He actually revolutionized that credit-card industry by using magnetic
strips to further direct electronic transfers from bank to bank.
Of course, Mastercard & the one of aging but still
solid American Express still use fairly nice & civilized advertizing. But there is the nasty, noisy, cruel &
outright violent T.V. showing of “Capital One” or similar trash. I would never deal with these most barbarian
savages. I must even condemn the
idiot-actor who personifies the moron-victim of cruel treatmen. How can anyone
assume that this banit-ad on T.V. gains clients with criminal conduct!
Capital One has the most expensive, most evil violence
& most aggressive private infestation into our lives to teach kids to
become cruelly aggressive & murderous users of a most unnecessary &
older boys use this as their 10th credit card, amass huge debts
& let payment take care of itself.
Like merchants who don’t compare the card photo with the looks of the
shopper. The insurance pays & just
charges higher interest.
Still I get angrier each of the 105 times that I am offered
another credit cart through the (dis)courtesy of all businesses. I once did a little business with. I resent this torture & tricking into
additional cost to me while my local bank takes automatic care every month of
my rare use of their Visa card at no expense whatever. My only retaliation is now to mail back the
postage paid envelopes to the terrorizers.
Stupidly, I let the Nipponese know that my airport taxi
would pick me up at that time at the hotel on the opposite side of the
street. I got my camera right after
having paid $60 & was pushed out of the door, the iron shutter rolled down
behind me. I couldn’t get back in when I
saw that the push button was broken out; I only heard loud laughter about old
people’s idiocy or trust in humanity. That
was my 60th lesson of weakness to capitalists since I turned
80. 15 years more mistreatment, threats
& exposure to robbery taught me only that business education is not always
short of psychological destruction. At
inquests their victims are declared of having died from natural causes.
Here I could repeat my cruel treatment by the German
Reichsbahn & their several thefts by resetting dates of ticket purchases
& threatening to collect a few hundred Euros through my credit card if I
don’t buy the offered yearlong special ticket which I neither ordered nor could
use in
What would our computer scientist have achieved without the
creative gift of Raymond C. Kurzweil. He invented a reading machine for the blind
based on printing the words & sentences.
Next he authored a computers musical keyboard. He was not yet 40 years of age when he used a
computer for automatic speech recognition.
His Kurzweil Voice system was the first which automatically transferred
any tone & of course, human voice directly to his computer. Physicians used his computer to give
voiceless patients an understandable voice.
William S Burroughs may not be revived after more than a
century’s in internity. But his
pioneering genius initiated some of our latest, rally-needed novelties. I didn’t know of his first great adding
machine because I learned all the tricks of oral arithmetic. But good business people, with no theoretical
know-how, appreciated his automatic aid in adding up to something & easily
compiling long listings. Building on his
improvements, Burroughs’s Corporation grew into the computer trickery by realizing
that our binominal system lent itself to electric calculations of merchants in
a hurry.
This historian was often “used” by computer teachers
without any mathematical background whenever their students revealed to them
that I could use all basic operations fast enough for them on the black board
(before it turned green) almost as fast as their rapid-fire machine. Since those modest beginnings of the computer
age, hordes of mavines leapfrogged over each other from hard disks to wobbly
ones.
Strangely, though many of the best computer operators &
innovative intelligence comes from abroad, the locals around
How many named Watson have been involved in modernizing
communications since the haleyon days of Alex Bell? But few namesakes will ever reach the power
of Thomas J. Watson (1874 – 1956). At
Though slow & without a scientific mind, Watson was
considering computer pioneering instead of sticking to old-fashioned punch
cards. His son Thomas J. Junior (1914 –
93) took up the slack with a vengeance as the new president since 1952 &
chairman soon after.
I think it was his schoolteacher sister & her husband,
a former Air Force colleague of his brother – in – law, who traveled with me to
Without me, all 3 were involved in the renting out of their
latest machinery at monopoly prices. No
sales at all! Even Ross Perot had to get
rich as a salesman for I.B.M. who was making a fortune or rental commissions until
the courts enforced sales, which invigorated a dozen others to pioneer ever
newer software.
In 1962 the only 32 – year – old Ross Perot chose
Anyway, now there are plenty of computer sages, all
billionaires with Bill Gates the richest “soft” head for the poor &
afflicted.
Bill Gates was a prodigy even before his teenage
years. He soon wrote programs & DOS
for IBM’s International Business Machines, personal computer. Nobody has to tell you how the Gates’s
software conquered our world & still keeps us from financially caving in
although the microchips as well as every metal & plastic parts
are outsourced. Thanks to such ruthless
anti-patriotism,
Steven Jobs & Stephen Wozniak started their applicatory
computer advancement in a poor garage.
In the mid-seventies they came up with their first Apple compute. Their McIntosh computers were readily bought
by less inventive computer lovers. A new
commercially – trained John Scully got rid of jobs who soon found a new outlet
of his energies. He founded NeXT &
reestablished his love for personal computers & for the user frenzy of our
days.
William Hewlett, with better educational credentials from
MIT, formed the famous friendship & partnership with David Packard earlier
on. They found a garage not far from
Warner & Turner were the idols of politicians &
political communicators. The former
thanks his cabinet posts to his wedding with the Mellon fortune. His short marriage with Elizabeth Taylor
added lots of glamour & recognition.
The former’s media connection were
aggrandizedly Turner. From billboard
entrepreneur, he headed into broadcasting in the grenades style. Taking advantage of the public enthusiasm for
popular sports, he developed the Cable New Network. That grew into the “Turner Broadcasting
System”. When he started peaceful
collaboration with Eastern Communism & married Jane Fonda, he made himself
the Man of the Year. His
internationalization was well-accomplished by CNN & its continuous news.
Temporarily succumbing to a Disney co-career his old
company’s Verizon Wireless vs Digital Cable revived his name but not his
enthusiasm for a national economy.
Still, he let US into the Third Industrial Revolution a little bit
before its time.
With the new age in full development, the old music
records, the tapes, T.V. Video, V.D. C.D. are getting old-fashioned including
the DVD. The sum of
these newer gadgets keep developing into billion dollar industries which
an aged layman doesn’t comprehend. But I
wish all the many pioneers
of voice & its expression on the continuous overdrive if not
too loudly expressed over the air, the street & the combined world
community.
Sun “Commercial Data Systems”, I.B.M., Microsoft & all
the other biggies cannot remain far behind.
All the communications’ billionaires are hard at work to come up with
ever more tricky “soft” tricks, trying to beat the Japanese, Chinese &
Indians at the common trade. Can Eastman
– Kodak contribute its share after firing so many experienced & intelligent
scientists?
Who knows how much of the Warner blood flowed in from
Inspirationals have become a modern industry for smart-ass
blabbermouths. But usually, there are
huge awards for clever posing
leading questions about questionable pre-cooked answers. Meaninglessness is usually worked into some
gospel-gasping game. Yet, a hundred
thousand beneficiaries of common-sense truths or appearance of it have taken
the wordiness for the real thing & have been used to rebuild business
practice &, with luck, created a small fortune.
Obvously, such bellowing is a new religion preached since
the other Carnegie’s public speechifyings. Oh, Dale, what have you done to full
veracity?
Many were thinking in Dale Carnegie’s tracks that Billy
Graham was playing the same game with larger audiences. That preacher used a Jesus of his imagination
to do the indirect job of money gathering with a bit of a scoundrel’s
gift. In fact, Billy used
As the Gra – ham began to totter, dozens of born – again
dys – ciples competed for early succession.
They were tricky enough to get access to Jesus Himself, talked with Him
& assisted Him to understand the new life.
Did Jesus repeat that nobody rich could go to Heaven? Maybe he relented just a little bit. Then, quickly, these new preachers added to
their collection plates huge satellite dishes. Listeners could set their own big price on
salvation. Dishes were filled with
hundred dollar bills & bigger checks.
They all expanded this splendid business by way of big-time broadcasts,
mass – con – vergins & imperial demeanor.
Only one could become the King Kong of healers, dealers
& owners of themeparks, recreation spas & series of resort places. It was Pat Robertson, with Farwell’s approval
who saw himself fit to become the 1st
Publican President of US. He tried his
hardest to forswear publicly his intention to make Church & State one great
unit of worldmastery. To his eternal
dismay his votes represented only a huge minority. Pat tried to make amends, so he could apply
himself to a bigger replay.
Did Jesus perhaps ask Patty what he had done to His real
brothers who lived on it
Nobody ever called President Bus assassin when he targeted
a hundred enemies of these
Only time will tell whether the collection of billions for
charities will forever remain untaxed. To many thousands of pious souls get their additional
millions by founding & heading, monster charitable – contribution
collection agencies who dedicate a tiny part of their loot to the cause they
pretend to serve. Since more than 90% of
these charities which begin & end at their homes are connected with
Churches, Synagogues, Mosques, Shrines & Temples, they are the big
businesses which all indulge in the freedom from taxation, in the purchase of
social, economic & political power & in the buying of a President,
Congress person in both Houses, Judges & all the top administrators who
don’t need to take Civil Service examinations.
They may well be the largest & wealthiest industry in
our Economy. All the others previously
named &, thereby, honored don’t share the ultimate significance of the
newest & world – controlling industry of praying & preying
reptiles.
Delphi & Chevrolet workers face double jeopardy. If they go on strike, they may force more
shut-out & closing shop for a hundred thousands who earned enough for a
good livelihood. But if they agree to losing most of their passion funds & health insurance,
they are not much better off than illegals working on farms at Walmart or the
million ever-expanding fat food shops & restaurants. Our Bush economists
claims that is a great prospect & proof that his kind of economy is working
& will have a future.
Now it has to be the workman who goes bankrupt. For the bankruptcy court allows only
restructuring if production cost of the toolie firm goes below competing firms
which also import from China, India or a smaller E.A. nation at going prices
& continued big salaries for supervisors or the highest-paid bosses. All corporations feed on the workmen paying
for the inability, waste & greed of the corporate swindlers.
Could the Delphian augurs & greedy saurians have hidden
some billions to feed luxuriously while starving the lowly workers to whom they
owe their riches?
ITT was in hiding for a great length of time. But those former telephone & telegraph
operatives hit paydirt by paying many of the best students of elite colleges
generous scholarships. It may take a few
short years before the youngsters can act like conservative geniuses &
invent, earn patent rights for ITT & loyally pay back the huge investments
in good & industrious minds. Even if
we ages may not witness the great renaissance & rebirth of old glory,
IT&T still has a great future & with it our United States of
All-Americans.
All our huge operations enter the Third Industrial
Revolution by firing a few hundred thousand of their lowly employees who so far
received decent wages & health & retirement insurance. Those who claimed their super – productivity
in comparison with competition in their super – productivity in comparison with
competition in Germany, Japan Taiwan, Singapore & China, may save some
business & production expenditures.
But can illegal immigrants without appropriate skill in language, manual
& computerization do any comparable job?
